Separately Managed Accounts Popular At GE Unit

NU Online News Service, June 3, 2003, 3:53 p.m. EDT – GE Private Asset Management, Sherman Oaks, Calif., says it has received more than 1,000 requests for proposals about separately managed accounts since it launched the separately managed account program in March.

The program has accounted for about 78% of the 1,300 requests for proposals that the company has received since the program was introduced, GE Private Asset says.

GE Private Asset is a unit of General Electric Company, Fairfield, Conn.
