NU Online News Service, June 2, 2003, 11:43 a.m. EDT – Milliman Global, Seattle, an umbrella organization for 22 actuarial and consulting firms affiliated with Milliman USA, Seattle, has named Carl Hansen to be its executive director.
Hansen, a principal at Milliman USA, succeeds David Howe of Eckler Partners Ltd., Toronto. Howe has been Milliman International’s executive director since 2000.
Hansen is a principal in Milliman USA’s employee benefits consulting practice and is now the editor of the Milliman Global International Employee Benefits Newsletter.
Hansen has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Schaumburg, Ill.
