FINEOS Releases Software For Benefits Carriers

NU Online News Service, May 28, 2003, 3:58 p.m. EDT – The Portland, Maine-based U.S. arm of FINEOS Corp., Dublin, has released FINEOS Employee Benefits, a collection of software modules for running short-term disability, long-term disability, long-term care, critical illness and group life insurance programs.

System components include a sales and underwriting module, a disability claims module, a benefit-payment module, and a benefit-plan planning and storage module.

The system includes access to automated imaging and correspondence management, FINEOS says.

A customer can buy the modules separately or buy a package that includes all the modules, FINEOS says.
