NU Online News Service, May 21, 2003, 11:33 a.m. EDT – The BISYS Group Inc., New York, has acquired Landau Financial Services Inc., Fort Washington, Pa., an insurance brokerage firm that distributes life insurance and annuities.
The price of the deal and other terms were not disclosed.
Todd Landau, president of the firm, will join BISYS, BISYS says.
