Brinker Introduces Equity-Linked Notes

NU Online News Service, May 19, 2003, 1:10 p.m. EDT – Brinker Capital Inc., King of Prussia, Pa., is offering Index-Linked Notes.

Brinker guarantees that it will return the investor’s principal at the end of the investment period. Brinker says it also will pay a rate linked to the performance of the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index, the Dow Jones Industrial Average or another well-known stock index on a portion of the assets The rest of the assets will be “allocated among other asset and sub-asset classes based on [clients'] investment objectives,” Brinker says.

The program will help clients “enjoy potential equity-like returns with the same fees that are typically associated with fixed-income securities,” according to Brinker executives.
