AARP Renews N.Y. Life Agreement

NU Online News Service, May 12, 2003, 11:34 a.m. EDT – AARP, Washington, has renewed a long-term contract that gives New York Life Insurance Company, New York, exclusive rights to market life insurance to its 35 million members.

The marketing agreement is now set to last until 2011, New York Life says.

AARP is best known as an organization that represents people over age 65, but it also has members between the ages of 50 and 65. It has had a life insurance marketing relationship with New York Life since 1994.
