URAC To Hold HIPAA Privacy Teleseminar

NU Online News Service, April 21, 2003, 11:57 a.m. EDT – URAC, Washington, will hold a telephone-based seminar on health information privacy 1:30 p.m. EDT April 30.

The conference will address the new federal health information privacy regulations developed to implement the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. Speakers will discuss privacy officers, privacy plans and internal privacy education and compliance programs.
