NU Online News Service, April 7, 2003, 4:16 p.m. EDT – The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, New York, has agreed to help Destiny Health, Oak Brook, Ill., distribute defined-contribution health plans outside Illinois and Wisconsin.
Destiny, which began selling defined-contribution plans in the United States in 2000, has also signed an agreement to work with Tufts Health Plan, Waltham, Mass., to develop a new type of defined-contribution health plan.
