NU Online News Service, March 27, 2003, 12:29 p.m. EST – The National Association of Health Underwriters, Arlington, Va., says its board has voted unanimously to waive dues for current NAHU members called to active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Members who want to make use of the waiver should send a written notice to Illana Maze, NAHU’s membership vice president, at 2000 N. 14th St., Suite 450, Arlington, Va. 22201.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with those NAHU members, and all members of the armed forces, who serve our country during these difficult times,” Kevin Corcoran, NAHU’s executive vice president, writes in a memo to NAHU members about the dues waiver. “May their campaign be swift and successful, and they return to us safely.”
