Guarantee Trust bases its program on the “STAR” approach to customer relations, which assumes that customers expect service to be Seamless, Trustworthy, Attentive and Resourceful.

The program includes two full days of classroom discussions, video demonstrations, role playing and other activities.

The four program modules are Reaching for Stellar Service, Caring for Customers, Healing the Customer Relationship, and Dazzling Your Customers.
