Kaiser Publishes Medicare Fact Sheets

NU Online News Service, Feb. 21, 3:18 p.m. – The Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, Menlo Park, Calif., has posted a new fact sheet on the Medicare + Choice program at http://www.kff.org/medicare

The fact sheet includes an overview of the program, a graphic illustrating variation in state enrollment and participation, and information about trends in prices and sales of Medicare supplement insurance policies.

The foundation has also posted a second fact sheet describing the Medicare program itself and a third fact sheet describing prescription drug spending and ownership of prescription drug coverage by Medicare beneficiaries.
