HR Software Firm Gets Capital

NU Online News Service, Jan. 13, 9:25 a.m. – IE-Engine Inc., Waltham, Mass., has received $6.4 million in funding from the venture capital arm of Adams, Harkness & Hill Inc., Boston.

IE-Engine, a company that develops benefits and human resources services cost-management software, has now received a total of $18 million in funding. The original backers were Kodiak Venture Partners, Waltham, and a unit of Royal Bank of Canada, Montreal.
