Knights Of Columbus Reports Higher 2002 Sales

NU Online News Service, Jan. 10, 4:58 p.m. – The Knights of Columbus, New Haven, Conn., a nonprofit fraternal benefit society, is reporting $4.5 billion in life insurance coverage sales for 2002, up from $4.3 billion for 2001.

The average size of a new life certificate grew to $58,355, from $56,898.

Annuity premiums and deposits increased to $332 million, from $206 million.
