NU Online News Service, Dec. 23, 9:31 a.m. – Ceres Group Inc., Cleveland, has hired David Vickers to be its chief financial officer.
Vickers, who has been a consultant for two years and previously was chief financial officer of Quotesmith.com Inc., Darien, Ill., succeeds Charles Miller.
Miller has been Ceres’ CFO since 1998 and is now leaving the company to pursue other financial interests, Ceres says.
Ceres has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. He holds the certified public accountant, Chartered Life Underwriter and Fellow Life Management professional designations.
