Agora Uses ACORD Certification Pilot Program

NU Online News Service, Dec. 12, 10:09 a.m. – Agora Insurance Network Solutions Inc., Chicago, says it has received certification for its adherence to life reinsurance transaction processing standards through a pilot program organized by the Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development, Pearl River, N.Y.

ACORD, an insurance industry technology standards group, set up the life reinsurance standards certification pilot program in an effort to promote accurate implementation of the standards.

Agora sells a system for exchanging life reinsurance documents and data through electronic networks.
