NU Online News Service, Dec. 9, 12:23 p.m. – MedPlus Corp., Newport Beach, Calif., says it has executed an agreement and plan of exchange to formalize its previously announced effort to acquire Alternative Finance Advisors Inc., Colorado Springs, Colo.
Alternative Finance is a company that lends money to help patients handle the self-pay portion of medical bills in hospitals and clinics.
