NU Online News Service, Dec. 3, 12:24 – CIGNA International, a unit of CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia, will be using E.6 customer relationship management software from E.piphany Inc., San Mateo, Calif., to run its insurance and pension operations in the Asia Pacific region.

CIGNA will start by using the software in Korea and Hong Kong in January 2003, E.piphany says.
