Regence Uses SeeBeyond Software

NU Online News Service, Nov. 25, 10:15 a.m. – The Regence Group, Seattle, has agreed to use software from SeeBeyond Inc., Redwood Shores, Calif., to tie its computers together and help it comply with the privacy and data standards provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.

Regence will be using SeeBeyond’s e*Gate integration system, e*Xchange Partner Manager business partner management system and e*Insight Business Process Manager business process management system.

Regence holds Blue Shield licenses in Washington and Idaho and Blue Cross and Blue Shield licenses in Oregon and Utah.
