Picton Cavanaugh, Celaris Change Name

NU Online News Service, Nov. 22 9:50 a.m. – Sky Financial Group, Inc., Bowling Green, Ohio announced today that two of its insurance affiliates, Picton Cavanaugh and Celaris Group, will change their names to Sky Insurance effective Dec. 2. The new name adopts the identification of their parent company, Sky Financial Group, and their affiliate, Sky Bank.

The companies sell a broad range of insurance products, including executive benefits and life and health insurance.

Picton Cavanaugh has been in the northwest Ohio market since 1898 and has been an affiliate of Sky Financial Group since 1999. Sky acquired Celaris Group in January.

Sky Financial Group, Inc. is an $11 billion diversified financial holding company with about 230 financial centers in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana and West Virginia.
