Penn Treaty Hires Accounting Chief

NU Online News Service, Sept. 11, 12:13 p.m. – Penn Treaty American Corp., Allentown, Pa., has hired Mark Cloutier, a certified public accountant, to be chief accounting officer.

Previously, Cloutier was assistant vice president of operational accounting and analysis with a health insurer in Philadelphia.

Cloutier has also been a senior manager at a large public accounting firm, Penn Treaty says.
