NU Online News Service, Sept. 3, 1:52 p.m. – Capital BlueCross, Harrisburg, Pa., is introducing a print, broadcast and billboard advertising campaign.

The new “Simple” campaign will promote what Capital BlueCross says is its emphasis on uncomplicated, hassle-free health insurance.

The radio ads and 15-second television ads feature the voice of Tom Cavanagh, star of the NBC comedy “Ed.” The TV ads also include an animated blue character who has appeared in other Capital BlueCross ads.

Capital BlueCross says it will support the campaign by asking customers to critique customer communications materials.
