MassMutual Offers eMoney To Its Agents

NU Online News Service, Aug. 20, 2:40 p.m. – The MassMutual Financial Group, Springfield, Mass., today it was introducing eMoneyAdvisor’s “eMoney” solution to its distribution force.

eMoney is an Internet-based account management program that gives advisors access to a financial snapshot of their clients’ portfolios, enabling them to produce estate plans, identify possible issues affecting those plans and develop a customized solution. Using eMoney, MassMutual clients can also view their investment account totals via their personal Web site.

Edmond Walters, chairman and chief executive officer of eMoneyAdvisor, says the service enables financial advisors to collaborate closely with clients and strengthen relationships with them.

MassMutual holds an equity interest in eMoney Advisor. eMoney is available through financial services professionals of MML Investors Services, Inc., a MassMutual subsidiary.
