Jackson National Unit Picks Pivot Annuity System

NU Online News Service, July 29, 11:06 a.m. – National Planning Holdings, Santa Monica, Calif., a large broker-dealer network, has agreed to use the Web-based VARDS Trading annuity order-entry system from Pivot/Info-One, Campbell, Calif.

National Planning distributes financial services products through 2,300 registered representatives.

National Planning is an affiliate of Jackson National Life, Lansing, Mich., which in turn is a subsidiary of Prudential P.L.C., London, a large British financial services company that is not affiliated with Prudential Financial Inc., Newark, N.J.

Pivot/Info-One, which has been competing for annuity sales system accounts with AnnuityNet Inc., Leesburg, Va., is a unit of Wachovia Corp., Charlotte, N.C.
