EIP Selling Stand-Alone Health Claim Engine

NU Online News Service, May 20, 3:02 p.m. – EIP Inc., New York, has released a stand-alone, Web-based “claim engine.”

The system can take data from a standard electronic health claim form, process the claim, then authorize any payments and generate an explanation-of-benefits statement automatically, eIP says.

EIP also sells a full-service, Web-based health plan administration system. The stand-alone claim engine is the same claim engine that’s at the heart of the full-service system, eIP says.
