Storrer To Run CIGNA Group Customer Service

NU Online News Service, April 8, 5:07 p.m. – CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia, has named Scott Storrer to run the CIGNA Group Insurance customer service operation. He will report to Michael Bell, president of the group insurance division.

Storrer previously was a senior vice president in CIGNA’s group disability management solutions business.

CIGNA recently put all customer service operations for its group disability, life and accident insurance businesses in one unit.
