NU Online News Service, Jan. 21, 12:12 p.m. – Willis Group Holdings Ltd., London, a large insurance broker, has agreed to sell benefits administration services from Hewitt Associates L.L.C., Lincolnshire, Ill., to client companies with more than 500 employees.
Hewitt has developed a benefits administration program, Sageo, which uses a Web site and a telphone customer service center to run self-insured health plans and other benefit plans.
Hewitt has already sold Sageo services to 20 large employers, but it says it is hoping Willis will help it reach more midsize employers.
