Scottish Annuity Stock Moves To NYSE

NU Online News Service, Jan. 18, 11:10 a.m. – Scottish Annuity & Life Holdings Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda, says its shares will begin trading Jan. 23 on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol SCT.

The shares have been trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market since November 1998 under the symbol SCOT.

Scottish Annuity sells life reinsurance and custom insurance products aimed at wealthy families.

Scottish Annuity reported it made “certain adjustments” to its financial data to qualify for listing on the Big Board.

“The listing application, which includes the adjustments to Scottish Annuity’s financial data, will be available from the NYSE upon request,” the company says.
