Miller Retires From Pacific Life

NU Online News Service, Jan. 15, 2:36 p.m. – Pacific Life Insurance Company, Newport Beach, Calif., says Lynn Miller is retiring as the executive vice president in charge of the life insurance division.

Miller is best known for developing the first universal life insurance product back in 1978, when he was with E.F. Hutton. He went to work for Pacific Life in 1986.

James Morris will succeed Miller, Pacific Life says.

Morris joined Pacific Life in 1982 as an actuarial assistant. He most recently has been head of life division marketing.
