OnlineBenefits, BCG Interactive Form Partnership

NU Online News Service, Dec. 20, 9:57 a.m. – OnlineBenefits Inc., Uniondale, N.Y., an employee benefit communications company, and BCG Interactive Inc., Regina, SK, Canada, a provider of personalized, Web-based employee retention and recruitment solutions, today announced a strategic partnership to promote and produce integrated products.

The partnership will start with two online “total compensation statements” built by BCG Interactive and incorporated into Benergy, an OnlineBenefits application that creates customized employee communication Web sites.

The new “Benergy E-summary” gives employees a personal review of the total value of their benefits and compensation, Online says.

Similarly, the “Benergy E-recruiter” allows job candidates to see an estimate of what the total value of compensation might be if they joined a company.

“Employees place a higher value on their company benefits and compensation when they can see that value in dollars,” says Ray O’Donnell, president of BCG Interactive. “With our E-summary and E-recruiter tools, Benergy will be even better equipped to raise employee appreciation of their benefits.”
