Lincoln Unit Offers Online Investment Advisory Service

NU Online News Service, Dec. 20, 1:48 p.m. – MPower Advisors L.L.C., San Francisco, has added its personalized, online investment advisory service to retirement plan Web sites set up by the Lincoln Alliance Program.

The Lincoln program is a unit of Lincoln National Corp., Fort Wayne, Ind., that sells and administers retirement plans.

Lincoln first announced it was ading the mPower service to its plan sites in May.

MPower has also announced contracts to supply its advisory services for retirement plan sites put up by units of Minnesota Life Insurance Company, Minneapolis; Ohio National Financial Corp., Cincinnati; Guardian Life Insurance Company, New York; Hartford Life, Simsbury, Conn.; and a number of banks, trust companies and independent investment information services.
