Web-Based 401k Seller Buys Phone Access System

NU Online News Service, Dec. 18, 1:48 p.m. – GoldK Inc., Waltham, Mass., a company that sells retirement plans through the Web, has hired Voxeo Corp., Scotts Valley, Calif., to set up a telephone-based account access system.

Plan participants will be able to use the system to check account balances, switch mutual fund investments and change contribution rates over the telephone, GoldK says.
