NU Online News Service, Nov. 26, 8:52 a.m. – HomMed L.L.C., Brookfield, Wis., has formed HomMed Focused Care, a new division that will work with insurance companies to monitor, manage and treat chronically ill patients.
The company can track patients with its own home monitoring system. The company can also get help from a network of 50 home health agencies and hospitals.
HomMed has named Robert Crockett, vice president of program development, to lead the new division.
Crockett has been with HomMed for two years as western area vice president. Before that, he was the chief operating officer for the entire company.
Crockett has more than 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, HomMed says.
