UnumProvident Adds International Security Features

NU Online News Service, Oct. 24, 2:35 p.m. – UnumProvident Corp., Chattanooga, Tenn., is working with Assist America Inc., Princeton, N.J., to add international security features to its basic accidental death and dismemberment policies and its group travel accident insurance policies.

The new SecurAssist program will provide telephone access to international security advisors; security advisories, bulletins and country profiles; and assistance from a “full range of international strategic and tactical security services,” UnumProvident says.
