Marci Landaas has been appointed vice president in the special markets department within the AARP division and Patricia L. Barbari has been appointed vice president in the individual policy services department. Phillip J. Hildebrand has been appointed to chief distribution officer for the companys life and annuity business unit and David A. Chalfin has been appointed a vice president in the mergers and acquisitions department.

Steven J. Mannik has been appointed senior vice president and general manager.

Jim Senn has been named president.

Amy Riggins has been named vice president of marketing for its financial institutions business unit.
