NU Online News Service, Aug. 28, 11:05 a.m. – PacifiCare Health Systems Inc., Santa Ana, Calif., has hired Victor Pluto to be vice president of commercial sales and marketing for the southwest region.
Pluto will sell group health coverage in Texas and Oklahoma.
Pluto has been selling health coverage for CIGNA Corp. in New York, New Jersey and southern Connecticut. He has also served as a sales director for Colorado, Arizona and central Ohio at Prudential Healthcare, and as a sales vice president and customer operations executive at the Aetna Health Plans operation in Columbus, Ohio.
Pluto has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Connecticut at Storrs.
