Morningstar Offers Free Trial Access To Advisor Web Tools

NU Online News Service, Aug. 28, 10:45 a.m. – Morningstar Inc., Chicago, is now selling access to its Morningstar Advisor Workstation system through the Web, at http://www.morningstaradvisor.com

The system provides daily updates on stock and mutual fund information, portfolio analysis and asset allocation tools, tools for developing hypothetical illustrations, client management tools, and individual and batch reporting tools.

Financial institutions that buy the service can customize the tools they make available to their advisors, Morningstar says.
