NU Online News Service, Aug. 7, 2:55 p.m. – The Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development, Pearl River, N.Y., has hired Lloyd Chumbley as program manager for life standards.
Chumbley succeeds Tana Sabatino, who is now responsible for the entire ACORD Standards Program.
ACORD is a nonprofit group that helps set standards for insurance software and data communications systems.
Before Chumbley joined ACORD, he was chief technology officer at Insurance Technologies, Colorado Springs, Colo. He has also served as chairman of the ACORD life insurance illustrations working group.
