PlanVista Hires Interim CFO

NU Online News Service, July 12, 11:45 a.m. – PlanVista Corp., Tampa, Fla., has hired Donald Schmeling as its interim chief financial officer.

Schmeling previously served as CFO of Hydrogen Media Inc., St. Petersburg, Fla., and as a partner in the Tampa office of Grant Thornton L.L.P.

PlanVista operates a large, national preferred provider organization that sells PPO services to insurers, health maintenance organizations and self-funded employer health plans.
