CPA2Biz Acquires Financial Services Distributor

NU Online News Service, July 12, 10:33 a.m. – CPA2Biz, New York, says it has acquired Capital Professional Advisors Inc., Minneapolis.

Terms were not disclosed.

CPA2Biz sells products, technology services and support services to accounting firms. It includes Aon Corp., Chicago, on its list of business partners.

Capital sells insurance, investment advisory services and brokerage services through U.S. accounting firms. Ten large accounting firms started the company in 1999.
