Loyola IT Program Honors Prudential Chief Information Officer

NU Online News Service, June 7, 10:15 a.m. – Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, N.J., says the Loyola College information technology program has given William Friel, Prudential?fs chief information officer, its Information Technology Executive of the Year Award.

Loyola established the award program in 1991. It chose Friel for the IT award because of Friel?fs 40 years of experience in information technology, and his efforts to put laptop computers in the hands of Prudential?fs insurance sales representatives, Prudential says.
