LL Global, the nonprofit parent organization, generated about $49 million in revenue in 2015, according to the Charity Navigator website.

LL Global’s incoming leader, Doughty, is the president of Manulife Canada. He’s also the president of Manulife’s Boston-bostoned John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.) unit.

The outgoing LL Global chairman is Rino D’Onofrio, the president of RBC Life Insurance Company.

Brandon Carter, the chairman of USAA Life Insurance Company, will be LL Global’s 2018 vice chair, and the group’s 2019 chairman-elect.

The LL Global board also added seven new board members: Christopher Carlson, Michael Concannon, William Gaumond, Alison Reed, Doyle Williams, Brian Winikoff and Ke Zhang.
