Toland boasts extensive experience in the annuity and advisory industry, most recently serving as a managing director of lifetime income strategy and market intelligence at TIAA. Prior to that, Toland was a director of retirement markets at CANNEX, and she previously spent more than 10 years in editorial research and operations at Strategic Insight.
