As CEO of RFG Advisory, Shannon Spotswood has redefined leadership in wealth management. Appointed in July 2024 after serving nine years as president, Spotswood wasted no time introducing a bold new vision for advisor growth. She led the expansion of RFG’s advisor platform to include behavioral finance coaching, marketing growth planning and technology integrations that enable scalable business growth. Her efforts contributed to a jump in AUA from $4.5 billion to $5.7 billion in 2024 alone. She also spearheaded RFG’s Marketing Growth Program, recruited leading industry talent, launched the StrongHer Money initiative and oversaw the June 2025 debut of RFG’s Bluemonte ETF suite.
