Under CEO Omar Aguilar’s leadership, Schwab Asset Management has seen dramatic growth, with discretionary assets under management rising 38% last year. At the end of 2023, Schwab Asset Management crossed the $1 trillion milestone in assets.

Schwab Asset Management has been ranked the Best Place to Work in Money Management for the past two years by Pensions & Investments. Over the past year, Schwab Asset Management has rolled out several new products and enhancements around income, liquidity and personalization.

It also delivered enhancements to its direct indexing offering to RIAs, including digital onboarding, a digital dashboard for daily transparency into performance and new ways to personalize portfolios.
