Steve Lockshin, chair and co-founder of Vanilla, has been instrumental in shifting the industry’s perception of estate planning from a transactional event to an ongoing process.

Lockshin contributes to the Vanilla Talks educational series, in which he answers questions about wealth management or estate planning. During Vanilla’s semi-annual Legacy Now event, Lockshin has hosted conversations with such notable clients as former NBA star Shane Battier.

Over the past year, he has written four op-eds in outlets like Kiplinger and RIABiz; appeared on such industry podcasts as “The Advisor Lab,” “Mindy Diamond on Independence” and “Financial Advisor Success”; and delivered keynote talks at major industry events such as FutureProof and the Barron’s Advisor Summit.
