Advisor360°, which builds, integrates and delivers technology for wealth management firms, recently launched the Advisor Oversight suite to streamline disclosure reporting for compliance with public and private regulations.

The suite addresses three mandatory reporting areas that are most problematic: personal securities reporting, gifts and entertainment expenditures, and political contributions.

Required fields change based on advisors’ rolling responses, so users only see questions that are relevant to their situation or transaction. Integrating a real-time, third-party election database into Advisor360°’s platform – which has been adopted by over 6,000 users – ensures data accuracy and rapid reporting efficiency. In addition, Quarterly Transaction Reporting alerts remind advisors to submit periodic statements as part of the oversight process.
