Now cybersecurity comes with a smile — at least for those who use Entreda’s Unified software.

The new Unified 360 Concierge Service is an add-on to provide 24/7 personalized service for clients who use the Unified software, says Sid Yenamandra, co-founder and CEO of Entreda, a cybersecurity software company.

“What we have found over the years is a lot of our advisors are now benefiting from our software in that they’re getting a lot of real-time reports,” Yenamandra told ThinkAdvisor. “They’re able to log onto a dashboard and see how they’re doing from a cybersecurity risk numbers standpoint … it helps firms figure out where their vulnerabilities are, where their noncompliance is when it comes to devices, their networks and their users. That’s what the primary function of the Unifed platform was.”

But the data overload had another effect, Yenamandra said. “Advisor firms are getting so many reports … they are asking, ‘how do we take action?’” And the result was a concierge service that introduced Entreda specialists to serve as a 24/7 team to aid clients.

“Many organizations don’t have that resource … so we launched Unified 360 where we essentially have a cybersecurity specialist who is going to take point on the service. Who is better than our own people who understand the tool that we’ve developed?” Yenamandra explained. “They could essentially take control of the service on behalf of the client and offer a much more human factor on top of that.”

The key features of the service include application installations and updates, 24/7 monitoring and response for threats and vulnerabilities on endpoints, real-time incident response, behavioral analytics and false positive reduction, weekly summary of account monitoring, weekly tips for improving the firm’s cyber risk number and an annual review of the cybersecurity policy,

The cost of this personalized service starts at $250 a month, depending on the size of the firm.

Yenamandra noted that although “this concept of bundling services with software is not unique in a global sense, I’d say that bundling software with this service for cybersecurity compliance in the independent retail space is unique.”
