Ken Fisher, the founder and chair of Fisher Investments, is famous for angering issuers and sellers of annuities by running ads that state, “I HATE Annuities. And you should too.”

Fisher ignited a new firestorm Tuesday, with remarks made during a session at the Tiburon CEO Summit in San Francisco.

Janet Levaux reports that, during the session, Fisher shocked at least some of the money managers in the audience by using used sexually charged metaphors to describe his approach to building Fisher Investments.

Fisher said in a statement that the meaning of his remarks has been misconstrued.
