Supreme Court to Once Again Consider ACA Viability, Mar. 12, 2020

The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments and rule on the continued constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. The Court may decide whether the remainder of the ACA is constitutional absent the individual mandate.
