Integrity Marketing Acquires Medicare Firm: Deals
Simplicity Group has scooped up Sawtooth Solutions.
Integrity Marketing Group has acquired Fidelis Consultants, an independent marketing organization that distributes Medicare plans.
Fidelis, based in Gilbert, Arizona, was founded in 2013 and has relationships with about 70,000 consumers, according to Integrity Marketing.
Zach Markham and Adam Brisolara will become managing partners at Integrity Marketing.
Integrity Marketing is a Dallas-based company that has used private equity money to make many deals. The company now has relationships with 420,000 agents. Those agents have 9 million clients, and they expect to sell clients products that will generate about $7 billion in new annual paid premiums.
Simplicity Group
In other deal news, Simplicity Group has acquired Sawtooth Solutions of Minneapolis.
Simplicity is a Summit, New Jersey-based company that has been growing rapidly through acquisitions of life insurance, annuity and investment services businesses.
Sawtooth provides unified managed account investment arrangements for independent wealth advisors and advisors affiliated with banks and broker-dealers.
Simplicity said it plans to offer Sawtooth services through all of its distribution businesses.
